I presented a talk at the Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) on “Pemeriksaan Bakteri Penyebab Keracunan Pangan” organized by Balai Laboratorium Kesehatan Masyarakat (Labkesmas) Magelang.
The event was designed to enhance public knowledge and skills regarding food safety, specifically focusing on the identification, examination, and prevention of bacteria that cause food poisoning.
I delivered a presentation titled “Pencegahan Risiko Keracunan Pangan,” where I discussed practical and scientific approaches to mitigating the risks of bacterial contamination in food. I spoke alongside Prof. dr. Titik Nuryastuti from Universitas Gadjah Mada, who covered the detection methods for foodborne pathogens.
